Wanted to let you Know that the last few times I had to work with Kevin I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of your product.   Kevin has a way of making you feel like you’re part of a team and not just Sitting there watching him work.   Kevin will stay with the problem until I feel comfortable to take over on my own, he even will email me later to make sure we are operational.   Kevin makes your product stand out to me because the people behind the product actually make the product, just knowing that there is great support if we run into problems is very comforting,  If all your employees are like Kevin than your company will go a long way in this industry.
