Pre Award Documents
Did you know that the grant module can be used like an electronic file cabinet? In a recent release, a new feature was added to give users the ability to attach documents to a grant record. Users can set up their own list of documents (such as a notice of award, routing sheet, fund authority, or budget form) and attach them to individual grants. These documents may be in PDF, Word, Excel, or text file formats. Once attached, they can be easily accessed by returning to the grant record and pressing a view document button.
