Defining Dropdowns
IT Works software includes a flexible, multi-tiered security system that controls what a user can see and do with our software. This security system is designed to meet the specific needs of individual users including granting the ability to view or edit specific data sets. The security system can allow users to view everything they need but prevent them from viewing or manipulating other confidential data. Additional display settings provide data filters so that only the most pertinent information is displayed. One such setting is found inside the Accounting module and controls the Account and Cost Center Dropdown Lists. Learn more…
