Customizing Report Selection Lists
Did you know that the IT Works software systems contain nearly 700 different report formats? That’s a lot of reporting power. The reality is that most users only use a few of these on a regular basis. If that is the case for you then you may be getting tired of scrolling through hundreds of reports to find the specific ones you need to generate. It may be that a more condensed list of reports would better fit your specific needs. Well now you are in luck! In a recent release IT Works added a new feature that will allow our clients to create custom report lists by selecting only the reports they wish to appear in the dropdown tables.
