Our post-award electronic research administration software solutions easily integrate with your existing systems for detailed project accounting, HR cost management, and space management. Our ERA software includes multiple software modules for grant tracking, accounting, personnel, and space management software modules. The grant tracking software module includes the same features as our pre-award ERA software such as compliance monitoring, time and effort reporting, but applied to active grants and research projects. In addition, our post-award grant management software stores reports submitted to funding agencies and maintains schedules for tracking report due dates. Reporting functions include features that track when financial and project reports are due; when projects are ending, and when reports need to be delivered to funding agencies. Reports generated by our ERA software include notice of award reports, annual reports, grant table and list reports and grant versus space utilization reports.

It is designed for department, grant, research, and healthcare administrators and tracks a wide range of human resources information, particularly employee salaries and their salary distribution. Salary distributions define the funding sources such as the individual grants, contracts, state funds, clinical income, gifts, endowments, other hard money, etc. that an employee is paid from. The salary distribution information is used to generate reports that identify when employee salary sources are ending; time and effort reports; equity reports; and various salary distribution reports.
Our electronic research administration software modules provide an integrated solution. Our personnel module also links to our accounting module to help project and encumber salary and fringe benefit costs. The resulting encumbrances feed reports generated by our accounting module. These reports are easy to read research management and grant accounting reports that display the names, titles, effort, and salary commitments for employees paid on individual grants as well as other funding sources.
